Ajay Sharma

Ajay is a Cyber, Commercial/Corporate lawyer dealing with cases related to IT Act, DPDP Act, IP Laws, Commercial Court Act, NCLT, DRT, SARFAESI Act, and Labour & Employment Laws.

Before joining Law as a profession, Ajay worked as an Entrepreneur in the domain of HR Tech, Health Tech and Fintech domain.

After spending 25 years in the Corporate world, Ajay Ventured into his own ventures.

Ajay has a diverse background in Operations, HR and R&D Management. He has provided his professional expertise to companies related to Semiconductor, IT & Manufacturing , across various functions like R&D, sales, marketing, and service operations. His experience includes companies such as Ericsson, ST Ericsson, Xilinx, Cadence, Xansa India, JK Group, and NPC. 

On Global Front , he managed role of transnational HR management for Modem Business Unit of ST Ericsson from Sweden. During this period, he facilitated HR processes for Sweden, Norway, Finland, Holland, Germany, France, Korea, China and Japan. He has good understanding of US, Europe and APAC region HR Practices.

Ajay, who is a trained as Executive Coach, holds degree in Law, Post Graduate Degree in Organizational Psychology & Human Resource Management. 

An early entrant into Quality systems (way back in 1992), he has always focused on Efficiency & Effectiveness Improvement. In his role as Country Manager for ST Ericsson India, he optimized the operations cost with higher efficiency. This was achieved by process re-engineering especially in Purchase and Facilities Management, work flow improvement, Automation and resource optimization. A strong metrics oriented review systems were always a backbone of these initiatives.

His interest is in implementing Best HR practices especially in Startup companies. His core contribution has been creating strategic HR plan to build an empowering organizational culture, Designing HR systems to improve efficiency & Employee engagement.
