Datence Technologies

Datence Technologies, led by Rupal Mathur and Swastik Grover, became the first startup and the first legal tech company from India to join ISAIL as an Alliance Member in May 2025, in line with Article 14 of the AIStandard.io Alliance Charter. As a pioneering legal technology startup, Datence's membership represents a milestone in ISAIL's mission to establish a network of AI entities committed to standardization and ethical AI practices. The partnership supports the development of specific-purpose legal tech AI use cases and contributes to ISAIL's mandate of AI standardization and enabling AI-related market practices across sectors. Datence's compliance throughout the Alliance membership process was recognized by the ISAIL Secretariat.
