Sreedhar Kosaraju is a multi-faceted professional with over 27 years of experience, combining visionary leadership with expertise in strategic planning, product development, and innovative solutions through customer-focused strategies.


With a deep intellectual curiosity, he has developed extensive expertise in product and software development, having undertaken diverse roles including Project Manager, Consultant DBA, Consultant DevOps Architect, Data Scientist, and Corporate Mentor.


A skilled planner, strategist, and implementer, Sreedhar has demonstrated excellence in adopting and implementing new technology solutions. His expertise spans product development in Java, MS.NET, Python, AI, Mobile, and Cloud Technology stacks and their frameworks. He has extensive experience in managing product scope and change management, delivering solutions onsite and offshore, and mentoring on Enterprise, Web, Mobile, and Cloud Technologies.


Sreedhar excels in managing complex business challenges and making high-stakes decisions through experience-backed judgment, delivering state-of-the-art solutions and services to a diverse clientele.


His commitment to the IT and ITES industry is evident in his active participation in various industry initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of companies within the sector.

The Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law (ISAIL.IN) is an artificial intelligence industry forum, founded by Abhivardhan in 2018. Our mission as an independent, not-for-profit industry forum for the analytics & AI industry in India is to promote responsible development of artificial intelligence and its standardisation in India.

Enforcing AI standards in the Indian and Indo-Pacific markets is hard. And yet, ISAIL.IN intends to document data and inputs associated with the market tendencies around three facets of artificial intelligence: its adoption, research around it, and its real-life policy implications across as many sectors as possible.


This is why, the AiStandard.io Alliance, administered by ISAIL.IN, intends to establish an allies of AI entities in India, Asia and the Global South, to develop market-friendly AI standards, with sector-specific, and sector-neutral contexts.
