Dr Marius-Constantin Dinu

Marius-Constantin Dinu is an AI researcher, author, and technology entrepreneur specialising in neuro-symbolic AI, reinforcement learning, and trustworthy agentic systems. He earned his PhD in Artificial Intelligence with distinction from Johannes Kepler University Linz under the supervision of Prof. Sepp Hochreiter, with mentorship from cognitive scientist Gary Marcus. He maintains the open-source SymbolicAI framework and has contributed research published at ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, and CoLLAs, focusing on verifiable reasoning, domain adaptation, and AI systems that combine neural models with symbolic tools. He is also a Distinguished Expert in the Global Advisory Council of the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law.
