Mr. Ish Jain is a Senior Partner at Regius Legal LLP and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 2009. He also worked as an Independent Counsel at the Bombay High Court and was associated with few of India's top-most leading law firms at the beginning of his career.


Ish possesses rich expertise in litigation - civil, criminal and regulatory and arbitration across diversified areas of banking & finance, corporate and commercial, real estate and construction, and technology. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts of various states, NCLT and Appellate Tribunals amongst other forums.


He is an expert in conducting trials and cross-examinations in high stake civil and criminal cases. He has handled several disputes involving multiple litigations and parties with conflicting and complicated pleadings.


Ish is an Independent Arbitrator and has been empanelled as an Arbitrator by the Bombay High Court.


Ish is one of the youngest Advocates to complete his LLB (5 years programme) along with 2 Masters (LLM) and 4 Diploma courses in different fields of law all by the age of 22 and has a diversified and strong foundation of technical knowledge and research in his fields of expertise.

Our mission as an independent, not-for-profit industry forum for the analytics & AI industry in India is to promote responsible development of artificial intelligence and its standardisation in India.

Enforcing AI standards in the Indian and Indo-Pacific markets is hard. And yet, ISAIL.IN intends to document data and inputs associated with the market tendencies around three facets of artificial intelligence: its adoption, research around it, and its real-life policy implications across as many sectors as possible.


This is why, the AiStandard.io Alliance, administered by ISAIL.IN, intends to establish an allies of AI entities in India, Asia and the Global South, to develop market-friendly AI standards, with sector-specific, and sector-neutral contexts.
