Deepanshu Singh is an accomplished leader in public policy, artificial intelligence, and education technology, with over a decade of experience in driving EdTech innovations and shaping regulatory frameworks in the technology and education sectors. At Unacademy and StudyIQ, he spearheaded large-scale digital education initiatives, significantly enhancing access to quality education for millions of learners.


As the Co-founder of PAiGPT, an AI-powered educational startup, he successfully scaled personalized learning tools to reach 50,000 users within just four months. In his role as Senior Policy Advisor to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, he was instrumental in advancing education accessibility for underprivileged children through the implementation of scalable digital solutions.


Deepanshu’s contributions to the G20 presidency, in collaboration with global organizations such as the OECD, UNESCO, and UNESCAP, underscore his expertise in public policy, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and fostering public-private partnerships. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM-K), a certification in Public Policy Analysis from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU).

The Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law (ISAIL.IN) is an artificial intelligence industry forum, founded by Abhivardhan in 2018. Our mission as an independent, not-for-profit industry forum for the analytics & AI industry in India is to promote responsible development of artificial intelligence and its standardisation in India.

Enforcing AI standards in the Indian and Indo-Pacific markets is hard. And yet, ISAIL.IN intends to document data and inputs associated with the market tendencies around three facets of artificial intelligence: its adoption, research around it, and its real-life policy implications across as many sectors as possible.


This is why, the AiStandard.io Alliance, administered by ISAIL.IN, intends to establish an allies of AI entities in India, Asia and the Global South, to develop market-friendly AI standards, with sector-specific, and sector-neutral contexts.
