Arletta Gorecka

Arletta is an award-winning lecturer and scholar in law, with a PhD specializing in Competition Law and Privacy, which forms the core of her academic expertise. Her doctoral research explored the intersection of EU competition law and privacy, focusing on privacy as a crucial element within the theory of harm. She holds a First-Class Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Stirling and have extensive experience teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

In 2024, she had published a book with Springer, further establishing her authority in the fields of competition law and data privacy.
