Arletta is an award-winning lecturer and scholar in law, with a PhD specializing in Competition Law and Privacy, which forms the core of her academic expertise. Her doctoral research explored the intersection of EU competition law and privacy, focusing on privacy as a crucial element within the theory of harm. She holds a First-Class Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Stirling and have extensive experience teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
In 2024, she had published a book with Springer, further establishing her authority in the fields of competition law and data privacy. Over the years, she has authored numerous articles and chapters in prestigious scholarly publications, contributing to global academic conversations on competition law, data privacy, and the evolving legal challenges of the digital economy. She has presented her work at international conferences and delivered guest lectures at esteemed institutions worldwide.
Beyond her research, she excels in fostering engaging, student-centered learning environments. Her teaching approach integrates advanced administrative, communication, and written skills to inspire curiosity and critical thinking among students.
