Article 29 | Accepted Strategies for Promotional Activities

(1) Objective and Scope: External dissemination and community outreach within OpenBharat.net are oriented toward technical diffusion, developer adoption, and academic exchange rather than commercial marketing. Alliance Members and institutional partners may voluntarily share and discuss open specifications, sprint outcomes, and educational tooling across their networks.

(2) Institutional and Continuing Knowledge Partnerships:

• Institutional Knowledge Partnerships recognized under Schedule 6 of the ISAIL Charter shall continue under OpenBharat.net in accordance with their respective bilateral terms.

• Knowledge Partners may collaborate with the OBGC and the Secretariat on joint technical symposiums, research whitepapers, sovereign benchmark releases, and curriculum development.

• Bilateral execution, operational scope, and renewals of Knowledge Partner accords remain administered under simplified institutional instruments executed directly by the Secretariat.

(3) Technical Case Studies and Implementation Showcases: Alliance Members, incubators, and research labs may publish real-world deployment summaries, testbed findings, and empirical analyses demonstrating the practical adoption of OpenBharat.net deliverables. All such releases must adhere to the attribution and licensing rules established in Article 6 and Article 23.

(4) Public Statements and Press Clearances:

• General technical advocacy, social commentary, open repository discussions, and academic citations of public deliverables do not require prior administrative clearance.

• Formal press releases, joint corporate declarations, or public communiqués asserting official institutional affiliation, compliance certification, or formal backing by OpenBharat.net or ISAIL require prior written approval from the OBGC or the Secretariat pursuant to Article 25.

(5) Role of Partner Incubators and Accelerators: Partner incubators, university testbeds, and innovation hubs may support OpenBharat.net outreach by:

• Informing early-stage startups and technical founders of active OpenBharat.net Working Group (OWG) sprints, hackathons, and fee-exempt Contributor track opportunities under Article 14;

• Hosting regional sandbox demo days, developer clinics, or testing sessions; and

• Encouraging portfolio companies to implement open, verifiable model safety and architectural baselines.
