RECOMMENDATIONS REPORT ON AI EDUCATION WITH RESPECT TO THE NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY, 2020 RELEASED BY THE GOVERNMENT

OF INDIA

After the delay of a month, the Research Team of Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law is elated to release the Recommendations Report on the AI Education initiative on the National Education Policy 2020 passed by the Government of India.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND CONSTITUTIONALISM: LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE CHALLENGES

Constitutional Adjudication is important to understand the legal and administrative challenges that the existing public and private legislations do have to tackle the redemptions in the area of technology law. This area is specific to AI Ethics, which signifies that our key focus is to propose resolutions on the issues of Constitutional Law and AI Ethics.

AI & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW

Intellectual Property Law is important and integral to the juxtapositioning of the legal entitlement of AI in a polity. It is therefore required to understand to provide relevant solutions in the paradigm of utmost requirement to expand the horizons of AI and IPR.

Mr Abhinav Misra, Member of the Advisory Council is the lead in the area of AI & IPR in the organization.

AI & DEVELOPMENT: ENTREPRENEURIAL ETHICS VIS-A-VIS ENVIRONMENTAL & SOCIAL IMPLICATIONS

AI has a special relationship with the policy and politics of development and its economics. Considering the Indian scenario, we believe it is important and never too late to work and emphasize solutions in the due areas related to Developmental Economics, Entrepreneurial Ethics & AI.

Abhivardhan, our Chairperson, leads the area under the Organization.

E-COURTS  & AI IN INDIA: LEGAL AND SOCIAL IMPLICATIONS

A transparent, people-centric judicial system, which is comprehended by technologies to advance public interests in a more perfect and justified way is the only means to achieve the purpose of a technocratic and transparent judicial governance in India. Although the aim is is not clear and it has many ramifications, we hope to advance options to innovate and provide better academic solutions.

LAW & ROBOTICS IN INDIA: LEGAL AND SOCIAL IMPLICATIONS

The structural paucities of automation and recognition politics in AI and International Affairs start from the neoliberal economic perspective of using computational intelligence. At ISAIL, we incentivise researchers to collaborate on areas of social sciences and technology to gather various frontiers of automata ethics and their social and psychological ramifications.

THE LEGAL ETHICS AND ADMINISTRATIVE ONTOLOGY OF NATURAL LEGAL PROCESSING, WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO THE INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE MACHINERY (SMALL PROJECT)

The role of NLP in the legal system of India can change the administrative implications of AI and Innovation Ethics at a semantic and utilitarian level.
