Dr Shiva Kakkar joins the ISAIL Advisory Council

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Shiva Kakkar, a distinguished academic from XLRI, has joined the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law (ISAIL) Advisory Council. Dr. Kakkar, a distinguished faculty member at XLRI School of Management and IIM Nagpur, is an expert in Organizational Behavior and Human-AI interaction. His academic rigor and industry insights, especially in the field of Generative AI, make him an invaluable addition to our team.


With Dr. Kakkar's guidance, ISAIL is poised to advance its mission of AI standardization and innovation. His extensive experience in AI applications, particularly in learning and education, will be instrumental in shaping our strategies and initiatives.

The Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law is an artificial intelligence industry forum, founded by Abhivardhan in 2018. Enforcing AI standards in the Indian and Indo-Pacific markets is hard. And yet, ISAIL.IN intends to document data and inputs associated with the market tendencies around three facets of artificial intelligence: its adoption, research around it, and its real-life policy implications across as many sectors as possible.


This is why, the AiStandard.io Alliance, administered by ISAIL.IN, intends to establish an allies of AI entities in India, Asia and the Global South, to develop market-friendly AI standards, with sector-specific, and sector-neutral contexts.
