Ayushi Agarwal & Deepanshu Singh are now the Co-Chairpersons of the ISAIL Global Advisory Council and Marius-Constantin Dinu joins the ISAIL-GAC

The ISAIL Secretariat announces the appointment of Ayushi Agarwal and Deepanshu Singh as the respective first and second Co-Chairpersons of the Global Advisory Council (ISAIL-GAC) of the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law.

This announcement is made in lieu of respecting the international and national-level representations and participations made by Ayushi and Deepanshu for the ISAIL community in India and beyond.

We make this announcement also in continuation of the upgradation of the ISAIL Advisory Council into ISAIL-Global Advisory Council. This decision was approved by the Board of Trustees and the Secretariat, since we aim to focus on building an India-specific Advisory Council on AI, Open Source and Indian Sovereign AI policy issues. Extensive discussions are being held with some stakeholders, and an interim group has been developed in discussion with industry stakeholders including Saiyam Pathak, Prathik Karthikeyan, Akash Bansal, Sunil Khemka and some ISAIL-GAC members including Bogdan Grigorescu.
