Siddharth Aiyar is a technology lawyer and policy researcher focusing on AI governance, technology regulation, data protection, and the implications of emerging technologies for democracy and constitutional rights. He currently works at Arnava Legal, where his work includes research on AI accountability in securities markets, AI in digital health, and technology regulation. His earlier internships and fellowships have involved technology policy research, including comparative analysis of AI regulation across jurisdictions. In 2025, he won the DSCI National Policy Challenge for developing and defending a policy model addressing AI, copyright, deepfakes, and democracy. Siddharth also runs Everything TMT, an independent technology law and policy platform.
