Hamda Arfeen is a Policy Convenor (Technology Law) for OpenBharat.net in the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law.

As Hamda herself describes:

"Dynamic professional with a strong foundation in AI and law, currently serving as a Dedicated Resource in AI empowered contract management team in LegalEase Solutions. With a passion for exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence in the legal industry, I am actively pursuing research to address critical challenges in AI regulation and ethical implementation in India.
Parallel to my corporate journey, I'm also enrolled in a part-time PhD program at Symbiosis, Pune, to sharpen my research and academic skills.
With hands-on experience in blending legal insights with AI innovation, I aim to drive impactful solutions that foster sustainable, inclusive, and ethical AI systems. Connect with me to discuss research collaborations, AI ethics, or innovations in the legal-tech space."

The Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law (ISAIL.IN) is an artificial intelligence industry forum, founded by Abhivardhan in 2018. Our mission as an independent, not-for-profit industry forum for the analytics & AI industry in India is to promote responsible development of artificial intelligence and its standardisation in India.

Enforcing AI standards in the Indian and Indo-Pacific markets is hard.
