About the Academic Member

Ayush Chandra , the Co-Founder of LegalTechPolicy.com, is a Mumbai based legal professional with a multidisciplinary edge. He holds a Bachelor's in Legal Sciences and Law from the University of Mumbai, an LLM in Criminal Law from NMIMS, and a Diploma in Cyber Laws from the Asian School of Cyber Law and Government Law College, Mumbai. He’s currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Law at NLSIU Bengaluru.

Ayush also holds a Postgraduate Certification in Digital Marketing from MICA Ahmedabad and a Product Management Certification from Duke Corporate Education, USA adding strategic depth to his legal expertise.

He owns a Canadian Copyright for cybersecurity technology in smart financial transactions and serves as a Policy Convenor for OpenBharat.net Governing Council at the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law, contributing to AI governance and legal innovation.

He was formerly the Chairperson of the Policy Innovation Committee for ISAIL for almost 2 years.

The Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law (ISAIL.IN) is an artificial intelligence industry forum, founded by Abhivardhan in 2018. Our mission as an independent, not-for-profit industry forum for the analytics & AI industry in India is to promote responsible development of artificial intelligence and its standardisation in India.

Enforcing AI standards in the Indian and Indo-Pacific markets is hard. This is why, the AiStandard.io Alliance, administered by ISAIL.IN, intends to establish an allies of AI entities in India, Asia and the Global South, to develop market-friendly AI standards, with sector-specific, and sector-neutral contexts.
