Chakra Dialogues Foundation

Chakra Dialogues Foundation (CDF) became a Knowledge Partner of ISAIL in July 2025 through a Memorandum of Understanding signed in line with Schedule 6 of the AIStandard.io Alliance Charter. The partnership was officiated on July 19, 2025, at CDF's Delhi office at Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, with ISAIL President Abhivardhan and Wing Commander Satyam Kushwaha (Retd.) representing CDF. The Knowledge Partnership focuses on co-documenting AI industry-policy-related developments around the adoption, democratization, and use of AI technologies. CDF and ISAIL collaborate on knowledge sharing initiatives for AI standardization in Indian markets and Indo-Pacific policy collaboration. The partnership enables both organizations to document ethical and market realities around AI adoption and AI governance, particularly in India's startup, MSME, and research economy sectors.
